Doom Tickler describes the Spirit Fingers EP as, “the sounds of a stomach-turning, with its acids bubbling & dissolving itself. I tried to renounce musicianship and songwriting, and just leave the songs up to chance. My live performances are always improvised, and I try to push myself to the point that my body fails me. This album is my attempt at capturing and preserving that moment, kind of like preserving an anatomical specimen— draining out the blood, and injecting wax into the veins to make it last forever.”
